HiBob pricing: what we could and could not find
HiBob does not publish a price list. Rather than invent a figure, here is what that means when you are comparing - and the five questions that turn a quote into something you can hold them to.
HiBob does not publish prices. Its pricing page is a demo request form - no figures, no tiers, no stated minimum (checked 15 August 2026). We are not going to invent a number to fill the gap, so this page does the next most useful thing: explains what quote-only pricing costs you as a buyer, and gives you the five questions that turn a sales conversation into something you can actually compare.
What we found
We looked at HiBob's own pricing page on 15 August 2026. It collects your contact details and books a demo. There is no price list, no plan comparison and no published minimum headcount.
You will find per-employee figures for HiBob on review sites and aggregator blogs. Treat them carefully: they are usually a single customer's negotiated rate, often years old, often for a different module mix, and sometimes simply invented. If a figure has no source and no date, it is not evidence.
It is not a scandal that a vendor prices by conversation. Enterprise-leaning products genuinely do vary by headcount, module mix and term. What it costs you is time and comparability: you cannot shortlist without entering a sales process with each vendor, and you can never be sure the number you were given is the number the next buyer got.
The five questions that make a quote comparable
- The rate at my exact headcount. Not a band, not "from" - the figure for the number of people I actually employ.
- What is included at that rate, module by module, and what is extra.
- Any minimum headcount or minimum term. A per-person price with a 50-seat floor is a flat fee wearing a disguise.
- The implementation or onboarding fee, and whether it is waivable.
- The renewal rate, not the first-year rate. A discount that lapses is a price rise you have already agreed to.
Ask every vendor the same five, in writing. Any that will not answer in writing has told you something useful.
Where CoDash sits
We publish every figure, because we would rather lose a deal on price than win a meeting on curiosity: £99 a month including 10 people on Starter, £149 on Growth, £249 on Scale, then a flat per-person rate above that. No setup fee, no seat minimum, no negotiated variation.
We are not the cheapest. Breathe, with its add-on modules, is cheaper than us at every headcount we have checked. What we offer is a price you can read, budget from and hold us to - and the whole product at that price rather than a module stack. The fuller feature comparison is on our HiBob alternative page.
If HiBob is the right fit, buy it
HiBob is a polished, culture-first platform with strong people analytics, and for a mid-market company with an established HR function it may well be the better product. This page is about the pricing process, not a case against the software. Our UK HR software cost guide covers what the whole category actually charges, and the comparison hub has the rest.
Prices and features move. Everything here was checked on the date shown against each vendor's own published pricing, and we link to it so you can confirm rather than take our word for it. If we have a detail wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Check it yourself: HiBob publishes its own terms - see their pricing page. Checked 17 August 2026. Prices and packaging move, and theirs are theirs to state, so confirm before you decide.
