Employee engagement & anonymous feedback software

A company feed that celebrates people automatically, kudos tied to your values, anonymous voice protected by k-anonymity, and surveys, eNPS and pulse that are always aggregated - never per-person.

Answer first

CoDash engagement combines recognition, communication and honest feedback in one feed. Celebrations and kudos run automatically, targeted announcements track read and acknowledge, and anonymous voice, suggestions, surveys and weekly eNPS give people a safe way to tell the truth - protected by k-anonymity and stored with no author column.

The feed people actually open

Recognition works when it is a habit, not an annual award. CoDash opens birthday and work-anniversary cards for signing five days early and keeps them a surprise until the day. Kudos use HR-configurable categories tied to your values, with team-wide kudos, milestone badges, an optional points ledger and a monthly digest post. Posts, images, live polls, pinned announcements, emoji reactions and threaded comments round out a feed that feels like the apps people already use.

Announcements that reach - and confirm

Targeted announcements go to the right teams or the whole company, and can require read or acknowledge tracking so HR can prove an important update landed. Celebrations and announcements can also post to Slack or Teams automatically, so nothing lives only where people forget to look.

Anonymous voice, protected by maths

People only tell the truth when they cannot be identified. CoDash stores anonymous suggestions and feedback in tables with no author column - there is nothing to trace back. Aggregated signals are protected by k-anonymity: a team result is only shown once enough distinct people have contributed. Confidential grievance cases give a private, secure channel for serious concerns.

Surveys, eNPS and pulse - always aggregated

  • Survey builder with multiple question types and a template library covering engagement, onboarding, wellbeing and exit surveys.
  • Weekly eNPS - a one-tap 0-10 pulse, stored as an aggregate trend behind the privacy gate. What eNPS is and how to measure it →
  • Results are never per-person - low-response surveys are withheld rather than risk identifying anyone.

Engagement & voice questions

How does CoDash keep anonymous feedback genuinely anonymous?

Anonymous suggestions and feedback are stored in tables that have no author or user column at all - there is structurally nothing linking a submission to a person, so there is nothing to subpoena, leak or quietly check. Aggregated signals such as mood and eNPS are only shown once a minimum number of distinct people have contributed, a technique called k-anonymity.

What is eNPS and how does the weekly pulse work?

eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) asks how likely someone is to recommend the company as a place to work, on a 0-10 scale. CoDash collects it as a one-tap weekly pulse, stores only the aggregate, and shows the trend behind the k-anonymity gate so no individual response is ever exposed.

Can announcements track who has read or acknowledged them?

Yes. Targeted announcements can require read or acknowledge confirmation, so HR can see the participation rate for an important update - for example a new policy - while still respecting privacy on sensitive content.
