Employee benefits, all in one place
Pension, private medical, cash plans, life cover and perks - each with the provider, the cost, who's eligible and the member login. Your team stops hunting old emails for their NEST password, and HR stops answering where it is.
CoDash Benefits is the one place your team's perks and cover actually live. HR lists each scheme once - pension, medical, dental, life, cash plan, EAP, perks - with the provider, the cost, who's eligible and the member login. Every employee then sees what's on offer, what they're enrolled on, and the exact link to log in. It's a benefits hub, not a payroll or enrolment engine: contributions still run through payroll, but nobody loses their pension login again.
Every scheme, described the way people ask about it
Add any benefit and record what people want to know: the provider (NEST, Vitality, Simplyhealth, Legal & General), a plain description, the employer and employee cost (“3% employer contribution”, “5% via salary sacrifice”), eligibility (“after probation”, “fully employer-funded”), a policy document, and the member login people actually use. CoDash covers the UK line-up out of the box: workplace pension, private medical, dental, optical, life insurance and death in service, income protection, health cash plans, an EAP, and perks.
The member login, one tap away
The reason benefits go unused is that nobody can find the portal. Each scheme carries its provider login link and a short note, so “log in to NEST to change your funds” or “book a GP appointment with Vitality” is one click from the app - not a support ticket. When a new starter opens Benefits on day one, every login is already there.
Who's enrolled, and their details kept private
- Enrolment register - HR records who is on each scheme, with the policy number and start date. Each benefit shows an enrolment count at a glance.
- Private by default - a policy number is sensitive, so a person sees their own memberships and nobody else's; only HR and holders of the benefits permission see the whole register. Same privacy model as the rest of CoDash.
- Yours vs on offer - the employee view separates the benefits they're enrolled on from everything the company offers, so they can see what they could opt into.
Where it fits
Benefits sits next to onboarding, documents and time off, so a new hire's pension, medical and cash-plan logins arrive with their checklist and contract - not in a separate email trail. It's honest about its edges: CoDash reports benefits and holds the logins; payroll still calculates and pays contributions, and a salary-sacrifice figure recorded here is the note your payroll runs from. That clarity is deliberate - you always know which system does what.
The benefits hub is part of the core platform on every plan - see pricing.
Benefits questions
Does CoDash run our workplace pension?
CoDash is the shop window for your pension, not the pension provider. It shows the scheme (for example NEST), the employer and employee contribution, who is enrolled and their policy number, and a one-click link to the provider's member login. Contributions are still calculated by payroll and paid to the provider; CoDash gives everyone one place to find the scheme and their login.
What benefits can I list in CoDash?
Any of them: workplace pension, private medical, dental, optical, life insurance and death-in-service, income protection, health cash plans, an employee assistance programme, and perks. Each benefit records the provider, a description, the employer and employee cost, eligibility (for example after probation), a policy document, and the member login people actually use.
Can employees see their own policy numbers?
Yes, their own. A policy number is sensitive, so each person sees the plans they are enrolled on and their own membership details; only HR and holders of the benefits permission see everyone's. It is the same privacy model as the rest of CoDash - people see their own data, HR sees the register.
How does this help a new starter?
Onboarding usually means a scavenger hunt for pension and medical logins across old emails. In CoDash the new starter opens Benefits and sees everything on offer, what they are enrolled on, and the login for each, on day one - alongside their onboarding checklist, documents and time-off. No tickets to HR asking where the NEST portal is.
Is Benefits an extra cost?
No. The benefits hub is part of the core platform on every plan. You add your schemes once and every employee has them from then on.
