Annual billing is charged for 10 months (2 free). Billed on active people at month end - archived leavers never bill, and the bill falls when headcount does. Need something bespoke?
Done-for-you migration from your current system is a flat £499 one-off - or free if you self-serve with the CSV importer, which most companies do in a day. Custom integrations or white-labelling: scoped with you, quoted straight.

The terms, published
Every pricing complaint in UK review data is a surprise, not a price level - so the terms are part of the product, and they live here rather than in a sales call.

What support covers
Stated plainly so nobody buys the wrong expectation.
Support is by email and in-app on both plans - first response next working day on Core, within 4 working hours (9-5 UK) on Pro. It covers the product: how to do something, something not working, billing. It deliberately does not cover employment law advice - vendors who bundle "HR advice" charge £179-£499 a month for it, and we would rather keep the product cheap and the free library genuinely useful. How much does CoDash cost?
CoDash has two plans, each including your first 20 people. Core is £99 per month, then £2.50 per employee, and includes the whole product. Pro is £199 per month, then £4 per employee, and adds IT controls like SSO, the API and custom roles. Prices exclude VAT. Annual billing charges 10 months for 12.
What's the difference between Core and Pro?
Nothing you would resent. Core is the entire product - people, time off, rotas, expenses, performance, surveys, hiring, benefits, learning, compliance, reports and the AI coach. Pro adds what an IT function asks for: OIDC single sign-on, company-wide enforced 2FA, the REST API and signed webhooks, custom roles, multi-location leave rules and 4-working-hour support.
Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes - the founding offer: the first 20 UK companies to join get 30% off either plan for 12 months, fixed at signup. After 12 months the plan moves to the standard rate, which is itself locked for 24 months from signup. Cancel anytime and keep your data.
How are people counted for billing?
On active employee records at month end. Archived leavers never bill, the count is prorated in both directions - if headcount falls, the bill falls next month - and there are no seat packs, minimums or mid-month true-ups. Your 21st person adds £2.50 to a £99 bill.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices are quoted excluding VAT. CoDash is not yet VAT registered, so no VAT is added to today's bills; when we register, it will appear as a separate 20% line - which VAT-registered customers reclaim in full, so the real cost to most companies does not change.
Can we change plan or cancel later?
Yes. Switch between Core and Pro at any time - your data stays put, features switch on or off. Billing is monthly rolling with no notice period: cancel any time, keep a full export of your data, no exit fee.
Are there setup or migration fees?
No setup fees. Most companies self-serve with the CSV importer and are live in a day. If you would rather we did it, done-for-you migration is a flat £499 one-off.
