How much does CoDash cost?
CoDash has three plans, each a monthly fee with people included. No VAT is charged. Starter is 99 pounds per month including 10 people, then 4 pounds per extra person. Growth is 149 pounds per month including 10 people, then 7 pounds per extra person and is the most popular plan. Scale is 249 pounds per month including 15 people, then 10 pounds per extra person. Annual billing gives two months free.
Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes - our founding-customer offer gives the first 20 UK companies to join 30% off any plan for 12 months, fixed at signup. After that, the plan moves to standard pricing. You can still cancel anytime and keep your data. Claim a founding place →
How are users counted for billing?
Users are counted per active person on the last day of each month. Deactivated leavers are not billed. There are no seat packs, no minimums and no mid-month true-ups.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Paying annually gives two months free compared with paying monthly, on any plan.
Can we change plan or cancel later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and your data stays put - features simply switch on or off. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period, and we hand you a full export of your data.
Are there setup or migration fees?
There are no setup fees and no seat minimums on the standard plans. Most companies self-serve with the CSV importer and are live in a day. Bespoke data migration, custom integrations or white-labelling are scoped and quoted separately as add-ons.
