Every heartbeat of your company, in one place.
CoDash brings people records, time off, community, honest feedback and performance into a single dashboard - so a 20-to-200-person company runs like it has an HR team of ten.
One dashboard, three jobs done properly
Not a suite of bolted-together tools - one system where the day-to-day, the culture and the growth conversations share the same people, teams and permissions.
Run the day-to-day without chasing anyone
Managers land on a “state of play” for every person and team: who's in, who's away, what needs approving - before anyone has to ask.
- Time off that paints itself - drag a range on the calendar, working days and bank holidays computed for you, half-days included.
- Team capacity guardrails - per-team coverage rules warn before an approval leaves a team short.
- Where everyone is - a live office / home / remote board, weekly patterns, and calendar feeds that sync to Google or Outlook.
- Approvals that flow - multi-step chains for long leave, delegation when a manager is away, one queue for everything.
The part of HR software people actually open
A company feed that celebrates people automatically and makes recognition a habit - not an annual award.
- Celebrations on autopilot - birthday and work-anniversary cards open for signing five days early, kept as a surprise until the day.
- Kudos with your values - HR-configurable categories, team-wide kudos, milestone badges, an optional points ledger, and a monthly digest post.
- Posts, polls & reactions - images, live polls, pinned announcements, emoji reactions and threaded comments.
- Reaches every channel - celebrations and announcements can post to Slack or Teams automatically.
Make the growth conversations actually happen
1:1s, goals, reviews and 360 feedback live next to the day-to-day - so development isn't a document nobody opens between Decembers.
- 1:1s with shared agendas - recurring schedule, shared notes plus a manager-only private lane, goals set together in the meeting.
- Goals & OKRs - owned by the person, visible on their profile, with progress and due dates that surface in the 1:1.
- Review cycles & 360 - self-assessment, manager review, and peer feedback that's anonymous to the subject, attributed to the manager.
- A coach, not a scoreboard - the manager coach spots patterns (rising sickness, quiet teams) and suggests what to raise. It never ranks managers.
The unglamorous stuff, done gloriously
Onboarding & offboarding checklists
Templates with owners and due dates: pre-start HR tasks, day-1, week-1, 30/60-day check-ins - and a proper leaver flow with equipment return, access revocation and an exit questionnaire.
Documents, e-sign & right-to-work
Contracts and policies with visibility controls, legally-trackable e-signatures (name, timestamp, IP), a right-to-work register with expiry reminders, and certification tracking.
Surveys & weekly eNPS
A multi-question survey builder plus a one-tap weekly eNPS pulse - results always aggregated, never per-person.
Org chart & directory
A living org chart from real reporting lines, and a searchable directory with skills, pronouns, locations and work styles.
Reports & exports
Headcount, turnover, absence cost, gender pay gap, allowance liability - plus a custom report builder and CSV export of anything.
Roles, SSO & 2FA
Admin / HR / manager / employee roles with real separation, OIDC single sign-on, TOTP 2FA, session tracking and sign-out-everywhere.
API & webhooks
A read API behind hashed keys, and HMAC-signed webhooks on joiners, leavers, leave decisions and kudos - wire CoDash into anything.
In-app guides & help library
Guided setup for admins, HR and managers built into the product - plus a help library your team can search before they ping you.
Honest answers need mathematical cover
People only tell the truth about how work feels when they can't be identified. So CoDash enforces k-anonymity in code: no mood, eNPS or survey aggregate is ever shown to a manager unless enough distinct people contributed. Below the threshold, the chart simply doesn't exist.
-
Anonymous means anonymous
Suggestions and anonymous feedback are stored with no author column at all. There is nothing to subpoena, leak or “just quickly check”.
-
Managers see weather, not people
Individual mood check-ins are never serialised to managers - only weekly team aggregates behind the k-anonymity gate. Sickness reasons stay between the person and HR.
-
Transparency cuts both ways
Everyone gets a “who's accessed my record” panel, a full audit log runs underneath, and GDPR tooling is built in: one-click subject access exports, anonymise-on-exit, retention auto-purge.
-
Coach, never shame
The AI manager coach suggests conversations, not verdicts. It will never rank your managers against each other - that rule is in the product's constitution.
Built for companies of 20 to 200
The awkward middle: too big for a spreadsheet and a birthday channel, too small to spend six months implementing an enterprise HRIS. That's the whole company we build for.
Live in a day, not a quarter
Import people and teams from CSV, invite everyone by email, and follow the built-in setup guides. No consultants, no implementation project, no “phase two”.
One tool where five used to be
Leave tracker, people directory, recognition app, survey tool and review spreadsheet - consolidated into one login, one source of truth, one bill.
Grows up when you do
Start with core HR; switch on performance, SSO, the API or multi-country leave when you need them. UK-ready out of the box: bank holidays, Bradford Factor, WTR opt-outs, right-to-work.
Simple pricing, sized like you are
A flat platform fee plus a per-person rate. No setup fees, no seat minimums, no surprises in month three.

Fair questions, straight answers
Can we try it before talking to anyone?
Yes - that's the point of demo.codash.co.uk. It's a shared sandbox with a fictional company loaded in, so explore freely.
Can managers see individual mood scores or anonymous feedback?
No - and not because of a policy promise. Individual check-ins are never sent to manager accounts, aggregates are withheld below the k-anonymity threshold, and anonymous submissions are stored without any author field. The privacy claims are structural, and you can probe them yourself in the demo.
How do we get our existing data in?
The CSV importer creates people and teams in bulk, with per-row error reporting and optional invitation emails - most companies are live in a day. Coming from another HR tool? We'll help map the export as part of a custom onboarding.
Is it GDPR-friendly?
GDPR workflows are product features, not paperwork: one-click subject access request exports, anonymise-on-exit for leavers, configurable retention auto-purge, a full audit log, and a “who's accessed my record” panel for every employee. Data is hosted in Europe.
Does it work for hybrid and part-time teams?
Yes - weekly work patterns (office / home / remote) with per-day overrides, a “where's everyone today” board, pro-rata leave allowances for part-time working patterns, half-day bookings, and regional bank holiday calendars.
What does the AI manager coach actually do?
It reads the same privacy-gated aggregates a manager can already see - mood trends, rising sickness, celebration gaps - and turns them into suggested conversations and 1:1 prompts. It coaches rather than judges, and it never produces manager league tables. It also degrades gracefully: no AI key configured, no problem.
Do employees need training?
No. Employees mostly book leave, check in, and cheer teammates - it works like the consumer apps they already use, installs to a phone as a PWA, and in-app guides cover the admin side for HR and managers.
Take its pulse yourself
The demo is a full company you can wander around - book leave, send kudos, run a survey, try to break the privacy gate. Then tell us about your team.
