Your whole company. One dashboard.

CoDash is the company dashboard - not another HR silo. People, time off, hiring, benefits, compliance, community and calendars in the one place everyone actually opens. Live in a day, from £99 a month.

One dashboard, three jobs done properly

Not a suite of bolted-together tools - one system where the day-to-day, the culture and the growth conversations share the same people, teams and permissions. See the full product tour →

Run the day-to-day without chasing anyone

Managers land on a “state of play” for every person and team: who's in, who's away, what needs approving - before anyone has to ask.

  • Time off that paints itself - drag a range on the calendar, working days and bank holidays computed for you, half-days included.
  • Team capacity guardrails - per-team coverage rules warn before an approval leaves a team short.
  • Where everyone is - a live office / home / remote board, weekly patterns, and calendar feeds that sync to Google or Outlook.
  • Approvals that flow - multi-step chains for long leave, delegation when a manager is away, one queue for everything.

The part of HR software people actually open

A company feed that celebrates people automatically and makes recognition a habit - not an annual award.

  • Celebrations on autopilot - birthday and work-anniversary cards open for signing five days early, kept as a surprise until the day.
  • Kudos with your values - HR-configurable categories, team-wide kudos, milestone badges, an optional points ledger, and a monthly digest post.
  • Anonymous voice, protected by maths - suggestions and feedback stored with no author column, aggregates gated by k-anonymity.
  • Reaches every channel - celebrations and announcements can post to Slack or Teams automatically.

Make the growth conversations actually happen

1:1s, goals, reviews and 360 feedback live next to the day-to-day - so development isn't a document nobody opens between Decembers.

  • 1:1s with shared agendas - recurring schedule, shared notes plus a manager-only private lane, goals set together in the meeting.
  • Goals & OKRs - owned by the person, visible on their profile, with progress and due dates that surface in the 1:1.
  • Review cycles & 360 - self-assessment, manager review, and peer feedback that's anonymous to the subject, attributed to the manager.
  • A coach, not a scoreboard - the manager coach spots patterns (rising sickness, quiet teams) and suggests what to raise. It never ranks managers.

Honest answers need mathematical cover

People only tell the truth about how work feels when they can't be identified. So CoDash enforces k-anonymity in code: no mood, eNPS or survey aggregate is ever shown to a manager unless enough distinct people contributed. Below the threshold, the chart simply doesn't exist. Read how privacy works → See how we secure it →

  • Anonymous means anonymous

Suggestions and anonymous feedback are stored with no author column at all. There is nothing to subpoena, leak or “just quickly check”.

  • Managers see weather, not people

Individual mood check-ins are never serialised to managers - only weekly team aggregates behind the k-anonymity gate. Sickness reasons stay between the person and HR.

  • Transparency cuts both ways

Everyone gets a “who's accessed my record” panel, a full audit log runs underneath, and GDPR tooling is built in: one-click subject access exports, anonymise-on-exit, retention auto-purge.

Built for teams of 20 to 1,000

Somewhere around 20 people the same problem shows up: you've outgrown a spreadsheet and a birthday channel, but you don't want to spend six months implementing an enterprise HRIS. CoDash is built for 20 to 1,000, and works hardest between 40 and 150.

Fair questions, straight answers

A few of the questions we hear most. Read the full FAQ →

Can we try it before talking to anyone?

Yes - that's the point of demo.codash.co.uk. It's a shared sandbox with a fictional company loaded in, so explore freely.

Can managers see individual mood scores or anonymous feedback?

No - and not because of a policy promise. Individual check-ins are never sent to manager accounts, aggregates are withheld below the k-anonymity threshold, and anonymous submissions are stored without any author field. The privacy claims are structural, and you can probe them yourself in the demo.

How do we get our existing data in?

The CSV importer creates people and teams in bulk, with per-row error reporting and optional invitation emails - most companies are live in a day. Coming from another HR tool? We'll help map the export as part of a custom onboarding.

Is it GDPR-friendly?

GDPR workflows are product features, not paperwork: one-click subject access request exports, anonymise-on-exit for leavers, configurable retention auto-purge, a full audit log, and a “who's accessed my record” panel for every employee. Data is hosted in Europe.
