We build CoDash because the tools for growing companies were either spreadsheets held together with hope, or enterprise systems built for someone ten times the size.
CoDash is made by a small UK team, co-founded by Abi (HR & operations - the one who has actually run people processes) and Connor (product & engineering). We build one product - the company dashboard for growing teams - and we build it in the open enough that you can test our biggest claims yourself in the live demo before you ever email us.
Why we built it
Growing companies get stuck in an awkward middle. They have outgrown a leave spreadsheet and a birthday channel, but an enterprise HRIS means a six-month implementation and a price built for a thousand seats. So HR ends up stitched together from five tools that do not talk to each other, and the human parts - recognition, honest feedback, real 1:1s - fall through the cracks.
CoDash is our answer: one system where operations, culture and growth share the same people, teams and permissions, priced and paced for the size of company that actually uses it.
