Can we track DBS for volunteers too?
Yes - anyone on the system can carry DBS records with levels and renewal dates, staff or volunteer.
What safeguarding evidence can we show?
Yes - policy acknowledgement lists, training completion and renewal records, DBS status across the team, and incident logs - each a filterable register, not a binder.
Where is our data held?
In the UK/EU, each organisation on its own isolated instance, with encrypted nightly backups that are restore-tested monthly.
