HR software for software & SaaS companies
Your engineers judge every tool you buy. CoDash survives that judgement: SSO, an API, webhooks, permissions that mean something - and performance machinery that isn't theatre.
CoDash gives a software company, SaaS business or tech startup the people stack it would grudgingly respect: goals and OKRs that cascade and auto-close, 1:1s with shared agendas, review cycles with 360, engineering career ladders via competency frameworks - behind OIDC single sign-on, a read API and HMAC-signed webhooks.
Performance machinery, not performance theatre
OKRs cascade from company to team to person and auto-close when the work is done. 1:1s carry shared agendas and actions that roll forward until they're actually done. Review cycles use structured templates with 360 feedback, and the review itself is a page, not a Word document with tracked changes.
Career ladders your engineers will recognise
Competency frameworks with levels and observable behavioural indicators - the IC-track ladder every good engineering org writes eventually, already structured, with a skills matrix across the team for staffing and gap planning.
Platform credentials
OIDC single sign-on (Google and Microsoft presets), enforced 2FA, a read API with keyed access, HMAC-signed webhooks for your internal tooling, and a permission matrix with 131 keys an admin can override per role. Hosted in the EU, every customer on an isolated instance.
Privacy your team would have designed
Anonymous feedback has no author column - absent, not hashed. Mood aggregates are withheld below a k-anonymity threshold. Every employee gets a who-accessed-my-record panel. When your engineers read how it works, they'll nod.
What we deliberately don't do
Engineering analytics - DORA metrics, cycle time, incident stats - live in your delivery tooling. CoDash is the people system beside it: growth, feedback, leave and culture, with the API to connect the two where you want to.

Common questions
Does CoDash support SSO?
Yes - OIDC single sign-on with Google and Microsoft presets, plus enforced 2FA and admin-controlled session timeouts.
Is there an API?
A read API with per-key access and HMAC-signed outbound webhooks for domain events - enough to feed your internal dashboards and tooling without opening the whole system.
Can we run engineering ladders in it?
Yes - competency frameworks support tracks with levels and behavioural indicators per competency, which is exactly the shape of an IC/management dual ladder.
Where is data hosted?
In the EU, with each customer on their own isolated instance and database - no shared multi-tenant tables. Backups are encrypted and restore-drilled monthly - the honest security page.
Put it in front of your engineers
The demo is open - no sign-up, no sales call. Send the link to your most sceptical engineer and let them poke at it.
